תיקון: תשע״ד
הרשם יפרסם מידע והנחיות לעמותות, ובמידת האפשר יתרשם מפעילותן ויערוך להן הדרכות, והכול כדי לסייע להן בניהול ענייניהן בהתאם להוראות החוק.
רשות התאגידים במשרד המשפטים פרסמה חוברת הנחיות להתנהלות עמותות בהתאם לחוק העמותות, התש״ם–1980.
