56א. מעמד הרשם בהליכי פירוק
תיקון: תשס״ז־2
(א)העתק מכל בקשה שהוגשה במסגרת הליך לפירוק מרצון או לפירוק לפי צו בית המשפט, של עמותה, ומכל החלטה שניתנה במסגרת הליך כאמור, יימסרו לרשם.
(ב)בית המשפט יחליט בבקשה שהוגשה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) לאחר שנתן לרשם הזדמנות להביע את עמדתו.
(ג)הרשם רשאי לפנות לבית המשפט בבקשה שיחליט בכל שאלה הנובעת מן הפירוק.
