אגודה קיימת שלא ביקשה להירשם כעמותה, רשאי הרשם למחוק אותה; על הליך המחיקה ועל החיאת האגודה לאחר מחיקתה יחולו הוראות סעיפים 368 ו־369 לפקודת החברות, בשינויים המחויבים.
