64. עבירות מרמה
תיקון: תשנ״ו, תשע״א, תשע״ו
(א)חבר בעמותה, עובד בה או אדם שנמנה עם גוף מבקר, העושה אחד מאלה, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים:
(1)משיב תשובה כוזבת על שאלה שנשאל או מוסר מידע כוזב כשנדרש על פי חוק זה לעשות כן;
(2)במטרה לרמות ממשיך לפעול בשם העמותה כשהיא נמצאת בפירוק, בניגוד להוראות סעיף 55.
