שם העמותה יצויין בכל מסמך, שילוט או פרסום היוצא מטעמה, בצורה המלאה המופיעה בתעודת הרישום; השם יצויין באותיות אחידות וללא קיצורים והשמטות ויכלול בסופו את הציון ”עמותה“, ”עמותה רשומה“ או ”(ע״ר)“.
