8ד. שמירת מסמכים במען של העמותה
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)עמותה תשמור במענה את המסמכים האלה:
(1)תקנון העמותה;
(2)המסמכים המנויים בסעיף 39(א).
(ב)עמותה רשאית לשמור את המסמכים האמורים בסעיף קטן (א) באמצעים אלקטרוניים, ובלבד שלזכאים לעיין בהם תהיה אפשרות לקבל העתקים מהמסמכים.
