תיקון: תשע״ד־2
אישור של שר העבודה, או של מי שהוסמך לכך על ידיו, כי הסכם קיבוצי פלוני חל על מעסיק ועובד, או על המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים בענף או על המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים, הכל לפי הענין, יהיה ראיה מכרעת לענין הסעיפים 16 ו־17.
