21. צו הפקדה
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשע״ד־2
שר העבודה, לאחר התייעצות בשר האוצר ובאישור ועדת העבודה של הכנסת, רשאי להורות, בצו, למעסיקים להפקיד בקופת גמל כהגדרתה בחוק הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (קופות גמל), התשס״ה–2005 (להלן – קופת גמל), סכומים בשיעור שייקבע בצו, כדי להבטיח הצטברותם של פיצויי הפיטורים שהמעסיקים עשויים לשלם לעובדיהם על פי חוק זה (להלן – צו הפקדה).
