7א. התפטרות עקב שהייה במקלט לנשים מוכות
תיקון: תש״ס, תשע״ח
התפטרה עובדת עקב שהייתה במקלט לנשים מוכות, אשר אושרה על ידי מחלקה לשירותים חברתיים או משרד העבודה והרווחה, רואים את ההתפטרות לענין חוק זה כפיטורים, ובלבד שסמוך לפני התפטרותה שהתה במקלט כאמור תקופה של שישים ימים לפחות; לענין סעיף זה, ”אישור“, ”מחלקה לשירותים חברתיים“ ו”מקלט לנשים מוכות“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 7(ג)(5) לחוק עבודת נשים, תשי״ד–1954.
