18ב. מבנה הנציבות
תיקון: תשס״ו
(א)בראש הנציבות יעמוד נציב ארצי לשוויון ההזדמנויות בעבודה (בחוק זה – הנציב הארצי).
(ב)בנציבות יפעלו שלוש לשכות מחוזיות אשר בראשן יעמדו נציבים אזוריים (בחוק זה – נציב אזורי).
