6. הגנה על מתלונן
תיקון: תשע״ד־2, תשע״ד־3
(א)לא יפגע מעסיק בעובד בעניינים המנויים בסעיף 2 מחמת תלונה או תביעה של העובד לענין חוק זה או לעניין חוק שכר שווה לעובדת ולעובד, התשנ״ו–1996, או מחמת שסייע לעובד אחר בקשר לתלונה או לתביעה לפי החוקים האמורים.
(ב)במשפט פלילי או אזרחי בשל הפרת סעיף קטן (א) תהא זו הגנה אם פעולת המעסיק ננקטה בשל תלונת שוא או סיוע לגבי תלונת שוא שנעשו בזדון ובידיעה שהתלונה היא תלונת שוא.
