19א. אצילת סמכויות
תיקון: תשע״ו
הממונה רשאי לאצול את סמכויותיו לפי חוק זה, כולן או חלקן, לרופא וטרינר עובד השירותים הווטרינריים במשרד, ובלבד שאם האצילה היא לעניין סמכויות פיקוח ואכיפה, הרופא הווטרינר עומד בתנאים של סעיף 5.
