25. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה ובאישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת יקבע תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו לרבות קביעת סדרי דיון בערעורים לפי סעיף 16(ח).
(ב)שר החקלאות, בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות, יתקין תקנות בענין דרך ההחזקה והטיפול בבעלי חיים בבתי גידול.
