7. התכנסות וסדרי עבודה
(א)המועצה תתכנס שלוש פעמים בשנה לפחות, וכן לפי דרישת שליש מחברי המועצה.
(ב)רוב חברי המועצה יהוו מנין חוקי לאישור כללים.
(ג)המועצה תקבע את סדרי עבודתה ככל שלא נקבעו בחוק זה.
