8. ניסויים בבעלי חיים
(א)לא ייערכו ניסויים בבעלי חיים אלא על פי חוק זה.
(ב)מספר בעלי החיים בניסוי יוגבל למספר הקטן ביותר הדרוש לביצוע הניסוי.
(ג)ניסויים בבעלי חיים ייערכו תוך הקפדה על מזעור הכאב והסבל שייגרמו להם.
(ד)ניסויים בבעלי חיים ייערכו כאמור בתוספת.
