17. סמכות לשכת שירות התעסוקה [במקור: לשכת העבודה]
תיקון: תשל״ז
(א)היו בני משפחה אחדים של אותו אדם תובעים לעצמם זכות להתקבל לעבודה במפעל על פי סעיף 15, תקבע לשכת שירות התעסוקה [במקור: לשכת העבודה] למי מהם תינתן הזכות, ואין עוררים על החלטתה.
(ב)בקביעת בן־המשפחה אשר לו הזכות, כאמור, תתן לשכת שירות התעסוקה [במקור: לשכת העבודה] את דעתה על מצבם הכלכלי של כלל בני המשפחה.
