25. יועצים
תיקון: תשכ״ט
(א)שר העבודה רשאי למנות יועץ לכל ועדת תעסוקה.
(ב)הודעה על כל מינוי על פי סעיף זה תפורסם ברשומות.
(ג)נתמנה יועץ לועדת תעסוקה, יודיע יושב ראש הועדה ליועץ בעוד זמן על המועד של כל דיון בפני הועדה.
(ד)היועץ רשאי להשתתף בכל דיוני הועדה בזכות דעה מייעצת.
