20. הזמנה למשפט
תיקון: תשמ״ב־3, תשס״א
הזמנה למשפט תהיה לפי טפסים כמפורט להלן:
(1)בחטאים ועוונות – לפי טופס 3 שבתוספת;
(1א)(פקעה);
(2)בעבירות שסעיף 240 לחוק חל עליהן, למעט בעבירות שסימן ד׳ לתקנות אלה חל עליהן – לפי טופס 4 שבתוספת;
(3)בפשעים – לפי טופס 5 שבתוספת;
(4)(פקעה).
