28. גילוי ידיעות
תיקון: תשמ״ב־3
(א)מי שהגיע לידיו תסקיר לצורך הליך משפטי לא ישתמשו בתסקיר או בתוצאות של הבדיקות והחקירות האחרות שנמסרו לפי תקנות אלה ולא יגלה ידיעות שהגיעו לידו באמצעות התסקיר, אלא לצורך ההליך המשפטי שבקשר אליו נמסר התסקיר.
(ב)אין כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) כדי להתיר מסירת תוכן תסקיר לנאשם או לאדם אחר אשר התסקיר מתייחס אליו, אלא לפי הוראות בית המשפט על פי סעיף 191 לחוק.
