תיקון: תש״ם־3
בית המשפט הדן בערכאה ראשונה יתן פסק דינו לא יאוחר מ־30 יום לאחר תום הדיון; לא ניתן פסק דינו במועד האמור, יתן על כך הודעה מנומקת בכתב לשופט הראשי של בית משפט השלום או לנשיא בית המשפט המחוזי, לפי הענין.
