31ב. העברת פרטי ניזוק
תיקון: תשע״ה, תשפ״ב־3
תובע, כמשמעותו בסעיף 12(א)(1)(א) או (2) לחוק, יעביר לבית המשפט את פרטי הניזוק לפי טופס 6א שבתוספת עם הגשת כתב האישום; חל שינוי בפרטי הניזוק, יעביר לבית המשפט טופס פרטי ניזוק מעודכן, לא יאוחר מיום החלטת בית המשפט על תשלום פיצויים לאדם שניזוק מעבירה, לפי סעיף 77 לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
