המערער יצרף להודעת הערעור והמבקש יצרף לבקשת רשות לערער עותקים מאושרים מפסקי הדין של הערכאות הקודמות; חובה זו אינה חלה על מערער או על מבקש שהוא אסיר ואינו מיוצג בידי סניגור.
