35. חתימת כתב אישום והודעת ערעור
כתב אישום המוגש לבית־המשפט יהא חתום ביד תובע; הודעת ערעור מטעם התובע תהא חתומה בידו, והודעת ערעור מטעם נאשם – בידו או ביד סניגורו.
