42. בקשת משפט
תיקון: תשל״ה, תשל״ז־3, תשל״ז־4, תשל״ח־2, תשמ״ב־3, תשמ״ג
(א)הודעה על בקשה להישפט לפי סעיף 229(א) לחוק, תהיה על גבי הספח שבטופס 8א שבתוספת והיא תומצא לפי המען הרשום בטופס, תוך התקופה הקבועה בהודעה לתשלום הקנס.
(ב)קבלה על משלוח ההודעה לפי תקנת משנה (א) בדואר רשום תהיה ראיה לתאריך המשלוח.
