44ו. החלטת בית המשפט
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)בתום ההליכים לפי תקנה 44ה יחליט בית המשפט אחת מאלה:
(1)לדחות את הבקשה;
(2)ליתן רשות לערער בין דרך כלל ובין לגבי נושא מסויים.
