54. אישור מסירה
מי שנמסר לו מסמך שהמצאתו במסירה יידרש לאשר את המסירה בכתב על גבי עותק של המסמך, ואם סירב לקבלו או לאשרו, יאשר מוסר ההזמנה בחתימתו את דבר מסירתו וסירוב האישור, ובית המשפט רשאי לקבוע שהמסמך הומצא כראוי.
