7. שכר מומחה ורופא
(א)עד שהתייצב להעיד בבית־המשפט כרופא או כמומחה ישולם לו, בנוסף על דמי הנסיעה והלינה, שכר כפי שייראה בעיני בית־המשפט.
(ב)אוצר המדינה לא יחוייב לשלם על פי תקנת משנה (א) שכר מומחה העולה על השיעורים הנקובים בתקנה 10.
