19. חבר שכהונתו נסתיימה או הופסקה
חבר בית דין, שהחל בדיון ותקופת כהונתו כחבר בית הדין נסתיימה או שכהונתו נפסקה לפני תום תקופת כהונתו, יהיה מוסמך לסיים את הדיון תוך ששה חדשים מיום שנסתיימה או שנפסקה כהונתו, זולת אם קיצר שר המשפטים את המועד.
