9. הארכת המועד להגשת ערר
עורר המבקש להאריך מועד להגשת ערר, לפי סעיף 22(ב) לחוק, יגיש לבית הדין בהקדם בקשה על כך, בכתב, ויפרט בה את טעמיו המיוחדים.
