12. מישכון להבטחת חיובו של אחר
מושכן נכס של אדם כערובה לחיובו של אדם אחר, יהא דינו של בעל הנכס כדין מי שערב אותו חיוב, אך אין להיפרע מבעל הנכס אלא במימוש המשכון כאמור בחוק זה.
