16. מימוש המשכון
(א)לא קויים החיוב במועדו, רשאי הנושה לממש את המשכון.
(ב)אין הצדדים רשאים להתנות על דרכי המימוש לפי חוק זה כל עוד לא הגיע המועד לקיום החיוב.
