18. דרך המימוש בהוצאה לפועל
מימוש משכון על פי צו בית המשפט או צו ראש ההוצאה לפועל יהיה בדרך של מימוש נכס שהוטל עליו עיקול בהוצאה לפועל של פסק דין, זולת אם הורה ראש ההוצאה לפועל על דרך אחרת שראה אותה יעילה וצודקת יותר בנסיבות הענין.
