25. ביצוע ותקנות
שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו, ובין השאר להסדיר בתקנות –
(1)סדרי הרישום של מישכונים לפי סעיף 4(3), לרבות סדרי הרישום של העברת מישכונים, תסיבתם, תיקון תנאיהם, פדיונם ומימושם;
(2)סדרי עיון ברישומים וקבלת העתקים מהם;
(3)תשלום אגרות בקשר לפעולות האמורות.
