24. מסירת העתק מחוזה
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)נושה העומד לחתום על חוזה ערבות עם ערב יחיד, ימסור לו העתק מהחוזה ויתן לו הזדמנות סבירה לעיין בו לפני חתימתו, וכן ימסור לו העתק חתום לאחר החתימה.
(ב)נושה ימסור לערב יחיד, לפי בקשתו, העתק מהחוזה שבין הנושה לחייב.
