8א. המצאת כתבי בי־דין
תיקון: תשנ״א
בכל עת שלאחר הגשת העתירה, בעל דין המגיש לבית המשפט כתב בי־דין ימציא, בו ביום, עותק ממנו על מצורפיו, במישרין, לכל אחד מבעלי הדין; היו בעלי דין אחדים מיוצגים בידי עורך דין אחד, די בהמצאת עותק אחד בשביל כל בעלי הדין המיוצגים כאמור.
