תיקון: תשנ״א־2, תשנ״ג־4, תשנ״ח
עובד גוף נתמך שביודעין הנהיג או הורה להנהיג שינויים או הטבות בניגוד להוראות סעיף 29 או שלא קיים הוראה מהוראות סעיף 33א או תקנה שתוקנה לפיהם או הוראת מינהל שניתנה לפיהן, או הוראה מהוראות שר האוצר לפי סעיפים 29א או 29ב, אשם בעבירת משמעת.
