11. השתתפות בהוצאות התקציב של מועצה
תיקון: תשמ״ה, תש״ן, תשס״ח, תשפ״ה
(א)הממשלה והרשות המקומית יישאו בהוצאות התקציב של מועצה בהתאם להוראות סעיפים 11א עד 11ז.
(ב) (1)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), הממשלה תישא בהוצאות שכר ותקנים שאושרו כדין, על פי אמות מידה שוויוניות שעליהן יחליט השר, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר; ואולם, אין בנשיאה בהוצאות כאמור כדי לחייב את הרשות המקומית בסכום השתתפות בשל הוצאות אלו.
(2)הוראות סעיף קטן זה יחולו גם על רשויות מקומיות שאין בהן מועצה דתית.
