11א1. רזרבה לכיסוי הוצאות
תיקון: תשפ״ד
בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 11א(ג), מתוך סכום ההשתתפות הרגיל של הממשלה בכל שנת כספים יופרש סכום של 5% אשר ישמש רזרבה לכיסוי הוצאות כמפורט בסעיף 11ג1 (להלן – סכום הרזרבה), אף אם נקבע לפי סעיף 11ב סכום ההשתתפות המיוחד של הממשלה; השר רשאי לקבוע בצו כי בשנת כספים מסוימת לא יופרש סכום כאמור או שיופרש סכום בשיעור נמוך יותר.
