14א6. עדכון ושינוי
תיקון: תשס״א, תשס״ט, תשע״ב
הסכומים המפורטים בחלק א׳ בתוספת הראשונה יעודכנו בתחילת כל שנה בהתאם למדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה; הסכומים המפורטים בחלק ב׳ בתוספת הראשונה או בתוספת השנייה יעודכנו בתחילת כל שנה בהתאם למדד תשומות הבניה שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה; סכומים מעודכנים כאמור יפורסמו בתוך 30 ימים לאחר כל עדכון ברשומות ובעיתון; לענין סעיף זה – ”פרסום בעיתון“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 1א לחוק התכנון והבניה, התשכ״ה–1965.
