7ב. עריכת דוחות כספיים
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשס״ח
(א)מועצה תערוך דוחות כספיים שנתיים וחצי־שנתיים (להלן – דוחות כספיים); ראש המועצה וגזבר המועצה או אחד מחבריה, אם אין גזבר למועצה, יחתמו על הדוחות הכספיים; רואה החשבון יבקר את הדוחות הכספיים השנתיים ויסקור את הדוחות הכספיים החצי־שנתיים (להלן – דוחות מבוקרים), והם יידונו במועצה ויוגשו לשר.
(ב)השר ושר האוצר יקבעו את מתכונת הדוחות הכספיים, היקפם והפרטים הכלולים בהם וכן את המועד להגשת הדוחות המבוקרים לשר.
