בפקודה זו יהא למונח ”בית משפט“ הפירוש דלקמן מלבד אם ענין הכתוב יחייב פירוש אחר –
”בית משפט“ פירושו כל בית משפט אזרחי, לרבות בית משפט עירוני [במקור: ובית משפט לקרקעות].
