היה הנשאל תאגיד, רשאי בית המשפט או הרשם, לפי בקשת השואל, להרשות מסירת שאלון לחבר או לפקיד של התאגיד; נדרשה המדינה להשיב על שאלות – יורה הצו איזה עובד ציבור ישיב עליהן.
