מקום שניתן להמציא את ההזמנה באופן אישי יש להגיש עמה למוזמן, אם אפשר, שובר על הסכום ששולם לבית המשפט כאמור, ולפי הוראת הרשם אפשר רק להודיע למוזמן שהסכום שולם לבית המשפט ויסולק לו לכשיתייצב.
