נעצר אדם לפי האמור בתקנה 184 והובא לפני בית המשפט או הרשם בהיותו עצור, ומחמת העדר בעלי הדין, כולם או מקצתם, לא יכול להעיד או להציג מסמך בהתאם להזמנה, רשאי בית המשפט או הרשם לשחררו בערובה מספקת המבטיחה את התייצבותו במועד ובמקום שייראו לבית המשפט או לרשם.
