196. רשות לערער

(א)בית משפט הנותן פסק דין שיש עליו ערעור ברשות אותו בית משפט, יכריע בפסק הדין אם הוא מרשה לערער או לא; לא הכריע כאמור, ייראה הדבר כאילו סירב להרשות ערעור.
(ב)נתן בית המשפט רשות לערער בתכוף לשימוע פסק הדין, יראו כאילו ניתנה הרשות בגוף פסק הדין.
