209. פסק דין נגד מקצת מהנתבעים

מותר ליתן רשות להתגונן למקצת מן הנתבעים וליתן פסק דין לפי פרק זה נגד האחרים; פסק הדין יהא ניתן להוצאה לפועל בלי לפגוע בזכות התובע להמשיך בתובענה נגד כל נתבע שקיבל רשות להתגונן.
