214ז. תיקון כתב תביעה
תיקון: תשס״א־5
תובע בתובענה בסדר דין מהיר לא יהיה רשאי לבקש לתקן את כתב התביעה באופן שסכום התביעה יעלה על הסכום האמור בתקנה 214ב(א), אלא אם כן התובענה אושרה כתובענה בסדר דין מהיר לפי תקנה 214ב(ב).
