תיקון: תשס״א־5
הוגש כתב ההגנה האחרון יקבע בית המשפט מועד לדיון בתובענה שלא יהיה מאוחר משישה חודשים ממועד הגשתו; נקבעה ישיבה מקדמית כאמור בתקנה 214יא רשאי בית המשפט לקבוע את מועד הדיון במהלך הישיבה המקדמית.
