228. הוצאת הזמנה כשהמבקש איננו נתבע

הוגש התצהיר בידי מבקש שאיננו נתבע, ינהג בית המשפט או הרשם כך:
(1)יקבע תאריך לטען־הביניים וימציא לטוענים הזמנות לפי טופס 22 בצירוף העתקים מן התצהיר;
(2)ימציא למבקש הודעה לפי טופס 23.
