כל הטוען שהוא מעונין על פי שטר קנין, צוואה או מסמך אחר, זכאי לבקש מבית המשפט, בהמרצת פתיחה, החלטה בשאלה של פירוש הנובעת מתוך המסמך והצהרה על זכויות המעונינים.
